A COMMERCIAL property website set up by three Scottish journalists is about to become a subscription-only service.
It follows CompropScotland about to celebrate its two millionth visitor since it launched 18 months ago.
Says co-founder, Jim Dow: “This is the logical step in our progression and we are confident that our readers will support us.”
Dow confirmed that there have been approaches to CompropScotland which might lead to a partnership deal or full or part-acquisition.
He said: “These are unofficial inquiries on behalf of unnamed interested parties. It is flattering and we are happy to talk but it is not really our game plan at this stage.”
Dow’s co-partners are Ken Houston and Stewart McIntosh.
