THIRTEEN years ago, there was ‘The Scotswoman’; today, there’s again a different masthead on The Scotsman newspaper: to support an environmental campaign being launched by the Scottish Government.
The Scotsman has gone green, with the paper inviting – among things – readers to sign up to ten ‘green pledges’, to help save the planet.
Says deputy editor, Ian Stewart: “In Scotland, we are particularly lucky to have a beautiful environment to live in, and we think it deserves to be protected.”
