A GROUP of photography students were yesterday treated to a masterclass, in Edinburgh, by one of the world’s best-known photographers, Harry Benson.
The students – from Stevenson College, in the capital – heard the New York-based Scot talk about some of his favourite pieces of work, taken over 50 years, including some of the most iconic images of The Beatles and various US presidents.
Stevenson College Edinburgh’s photography department as it is recognised as a National Centre of Excellence.
Two of its students, Anna Kozak and Nicholas Hugh Mason, ranked among the top five from over 3,500 A-Level photography students this year.
