IF there’s a Dracula movie soon being shown at a cinema near you, it’s probably there because of the efforts of a Glasgow-based film distribution company.
Park Circus Films yesterday announced it has secured the worldwide distribution rights to the back catalogue of Icon Entertainment International, comprising over 350 titles, among them around 100 Hammer horror movies.
Other highlights include The Passion of the Christ, The Devil Rides Out and The Big Easy.
Park Circus is recognised the UK’s leading distributor of classic and back catalogue films for theatrical exhibition. The company says it has existing arrangements with Buena Vista International (UK), Granada International, MGM/UA and a number of other independent producers.
