ONE of Scotland’s biggest buyers of advertising space has added to its senior management team with yet another signing.
MediaCom Scotland Ltd has taken on Colin Want, as a senior econometrician, and described as having “experience of managing analysis of client response data”.
His appointment comes hard on the heels of two other signings: Murray Calder, in September and from whisky giants, Glenmorangie – for whom he helped, in a marketing capacity, in a global relaunch of The Famous Grouse whisky brand – and Tony Jervis, in November.
Jervis has joined as associate director, while Calder’s title is ‘head of explore’. Wants’s previous roles include analytics manager for the Starcom Group, effectiveness manager for the Media Planning Group and economist for National Savings and Investments.
The appointments boost the company’s role call to 37.
