THE Evening Express is looking for an experienced reporter to join its team in Aberdeen.
The successful candidate will be a senior journalist who has the ability to ensure our readers get the best stories and the most up-to-date news for their area.
They should be a self-starter with the ambition to fight for their name on the front page and the drive to help the team at Scotland’s best-selling evening newspaper to greater success.
Working as part of a close-knit team and taking direction from the newsdesk, you will work accurately and creatively to tight deadlines.
We don’t want you to be chained to your desk, so – armed with your state-of-the-art smartphone – you will be out and about bringing your stories to life.
You will also be expected to be self-motivated and driven to source exclusive stories of a high standard.
