THE countdown is on to the annual Journalists’ Charity Ball – at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow on Saturday March 5, 2016.
The evening starts at 7pm with a complimentary champagne reception and a sumptuous three-course meals follows with a half bottle of wine for each guest included in the £55 ticket price.
There is a brief auction of VIP prizes, including tickets for leading London West End shows with back stage tours and champagne included and a raffle, both to help boost the fundraising efforts for the Journalists’ Charity.
The event is put together mainly by the efforts of Margaret Morrison, the hard-working PA Magnus Llewellin, editor-in-chief of the Herald & Times Group.
Most of the evening is taken up with high pace entertainment from the top band, Amplifive, ensuring a busy dance floor through til 1am.
Some tables are still available for this must event on the calendar for media and public relations companies in Scotland’s central belt and others looking to raise their profile.
