THE Oban Times has an opportunity for a bright, passionate and hungry reporter to join our busy team in Oban.
The person we are looking for will be fully qualified with shorthand, multi-media literate and be unafraid of hard work.
They will be bursting with ideas on where to look for stories, understand the importance of fostering great contacts and knowing their patch and be capable of working on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
They should also hold a full driving licence.
As well as writing for the newspaper of record for the West Highlands, they will be expected to take pictures on the job, as well as contribute to our social media channels.
